I took on the responsibility of managing and developing the company’s technical systems and overseeing the improvement of the digital infrastructure of its operations, by analyzing business needs and transforming them into integrated electronic solutions and systems, while leading and training the technical team and overseeing the implementation of projects and developing an electronic portal for the company’s services, in addition to automating and developing internal procedures and linking paper processes to electronic systems, which contributed to raising work efficiency and improving data management and services provided to customers.

I assumed the position of Executive Director at Lorem Information Technology Corporation, where I oversaw the management and development of the corporation’s business and directed technical projects, starting from analyzing customer needs and designing appropriate technical solutions to implementing and operating them, while supervising the development of websites and electronic systems, managing work teams and projects, building working relationships with customers and monitoring the quality of services provided, in addition to contributing to the development of strategic plans and technical services in a way that enhances the corporation’s presence and ability to provide integrated solutions in the field of information technology.

I took on the responsibility of developing and managing technical solutions at the Insurance House for Commercial Services office, where I participated in analyzing business needs and converting them into electronic systems and programs that help organize operations and improve performance efficiency, along with developing internal databases and applications and automating administrative procedures, in addition to providing technical support, following up on users’ needs and contributing to building technical solutions that suit the nature of the work and support the growth of the institution and the development of its services.

The project involved authoring and publishing an educational book specializing in computer basics and skills for using it. It was designed to be a practical reference for beginners and trainees, and more than 10,000 copies were printed, distributed, and sold in a number of Arab libraries.

I worked as a computer trainer and website supervisor at Gulf Training Company in New Horizons, where I trained trainees in computer skills and practical applications, prepared and delivered training programs and courses at various levels, and supervised the development and management of the company's websites, educational materials, and advertising. I also participated in implementing technology projects for government entities, developing electronic systems to link student results with internal systems, and providing technical support and supervision of technical solutions related to the training process.

I worked as a computer teacher and computer skills and technology trainer in several training centers in Jordan, where I trained students and trainees on a variety of computer applications and skills, and prepared and delivered training programs and courses tailored to the trainees' levels and needs. I also participated in developing and organizing the internal systems used in some training centers and contributed to improving administrative and training processes through the application of technological solutions.
